The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit an offer/quote for the purchase of Make Ready Welcome Kits , as per the following specifications and per SOW attached:
-Basic bed/bath kits 2 PAX (45 each),
-Basic kitchen kits 2 PAX (45 each),
-Basic bed/bath kits 4 PAX (55 each),
-Basic kitchen kits 4 PAX (55 each),
-Queen bed sets (25 each)

If you are interested in submitting an offer, please direct any questions via e-mail with “PR11380513 -Request For Quotes (RFQ) for Make Ready Welcome Kits : Basic kitchen, bed, and bath kits” in the subject line to BrusselsBids@state.gov. The proposal should be submitted in English via email to BrusselsBids@state.gov in Adobe Acrobat PDF format on or before 16:00 HRS local time on February 13, 2023.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
