The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Site visit:
A site visit will be held on Thursday, June 15 at 10:30. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact the Contracting Office at email address BrusselsBids@state.gov at least one day prior to June 15 to obtain the exact address and to arrange entry to the project site. The prospective offerors/quoters should provide the following information for each visitor in their email: copy of the ID card. Note, no parking is available on site.

The successful offeror must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov or SAM.Gov – U.S. Embassy in Belgium (usembassy.gov) prior to contract offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal. Proof of registration needs to be submitted to BrusselsBids@state.gov when entering a bid.
