The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal ‘PR11675044 – Minor Repairs and Exterior Painting of Fire Escape Staircase’. Please see attached detailed SOW for further information.

The U.S. Government intends to award a Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. 

Site visit 

A site visit will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 11:00 hrs. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact the Contracting Office at email address BrusselsBids@state.gov 2 days prior June 1, 2023, to obtain the exact address and to arrange entry to the project site. The prospective offerors/quoters should provide the following information for each visitor in their email: copy of the ID card, vehicle (license plate number, brand, model, color).

The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov  prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal.
