The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will launch a solicitation for supply and delivery of heating oil at various locations in mostly the Brussels Metropolitan Area. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.  The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will issue a proposal for the Maintenance and repair of central heating systems in USG owned and rented Residences and Buildings mostly located in Brussels, Belgium and its surroundings.

This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity firm fixed price contract for standard services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule.

The requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.

The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the proposal during the month of November 2021.

The Embassy has a requirement for a firm to repair an existing residence.  This construction effort is estimated at $250,000 to $500,000 and needs to be completed by December 31, 2021, in the area of Brussels, Belgium.  This work involves roof and atrium repair at a USG owned residence.

The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will launch a solicitation for Legal Services from a local attorney. The core objective of this project is to assist the US Government in the acquisition of a New Embassy Compound (NEC) in the Brussels’ area. The contractor will be asked to provide contract reviews, expert legal opinions and information, registration of real property documents in accordance with local law, and if necessary, attend negotiations and meetings between representatives of the USG, sellers, and host government.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one (1) to two (2) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
