The Brussels Regional Media Hub invites you to submit a detailed quotation and cost breakdown based on the following statement of work for a Media Embark with the U.S. 6th Fleet based in Naples, Italy for seven (7) journalists from European and Central-Asian outlets to amplify Coalition efforts to defeat ISIS.

Statement of Work:

The Brussels Regional Media Hub proposes a seven (7) journalist U.S. Navy 6th Fleet embark and aircraft carrier visit to amplify U.S. and Coalition partner efforts to defeat ISIS.  Without question, one of the most glaring gaps in media coverage in European and Russian language media is the lack of positive coverage of United States and Coalition counterterrorism operations and operations to defeat ISIS due to the a lack of access and funding from broadcasters to cover the story in depth.

Brussels Regional Media Hub proposes sending seven (7) journalists.  Past tours have included participants from the following countries (these are provided for proposal purposes and participants are not exclusive to these countries) Azerbaijan, Georgia, Estonia, Latvia, Russia, the United Kingdom, and Uzbekistan.  The identification and selection of journalist participants will be made by the Brussels Regional Media Hub in coordination with the selected vendor.  The proposed media engagement embed envisions a 1-day visit to NAVEUR in Naples, 1-day and overnight visit to aircraft carrier, and 1-day visit and debrief in Naples.  Expected outcome is a minimum of 14 video news reports (minimum of 2 per outlet) with potential viewership of 12.5 million viewers across Eurasia.   Selected vendor is also responsible for capturing and delivering video and photo footage for social media use by the Brussels Regional Media Hub.

A successful proposal will include pricing for the following:

All surrounding walls or structural surfaces affected by the installation will be restored to the match the surrounding finish.
