The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quote for the appraisal of cultural heritage furniture and art works (approx. 450 pieces – detailed here: BILAT CMR | BILAT DCR | NATO CMR | NATO DCR | USEU CMR | USEU DCR | Offices, MISC | Warehouse)

Quotes should be submitted in an email with “Cultural Heritage Furniture Appraisal” as the subject line to BrusselsBids@state.gov on or before 14:00 hrs local time on February 3, 2023.  Emails that are not marked with “Cultural Heritage Furniture Appraisal” in the subject line will not be opened or considered.

Please see attached detailed Scope of work for further information. Site visits in different locations (8 locations, all located in the Brussels area) will be organized around mid-late February. The subsequent reports and appraisals should be completed no later than May 1, 2023.

A recent change in U.S. Government Regulations requires us to confirm the telecom equipment and services used by all our partners.  Specifically, we need to know if you use any equipment or services provided by Huawei Technologies company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, Dahua Technology Company or any of their subsidiaries. We call this technology “covered equipment.”

The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov  prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7 if the total amount will exceed $30,000 US.
